This community service activity was carried out at Sunan Kalijogo Randuagung Vocational School, Lumajang, East Java, with the theme "The Importance of Journalism and Improving Social Media Management for the OSIS of Sunan Kalijogo Vocational School." This activity aims to introduce the importance of journalism and improve OSIS social media management through training and mentoring. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which actively involves OSIS members in the learning and practice process. The results of the activity showed increased awareness and journalistic skills among students, development of writing potential, and increased involvement in school social media management. The positive response from teachers also supports the success of this program. Some of the positive impacts felt include better writing skills, more productive social media management, and more effective school promotions. This activity not only improves students' technical skills but also motivates them to contribute to improving the school. Regular evaluation is recommended to ensure program sustainability and further development. It is hoped that this activity can become a reference for similar activities in the future to support technology and media-based education in other schools.

This article discusses the mentoring activities of the team from the Syarifuddin Lumajang Islamic Institute at the Ibnu Fathullah Islamic Boarding School, Kudus Village, Klakah District, Lumajang. The topics presented to the students were about a number of communication strategies. This is necessary because they are prospective kiai langgar or religious leaders in society. In principle, they are a place to ask questions about Islamic religious matters for the local community. This mentoring uses the service learning method by interacting directly with the students. The hope is that insight transfer activities can be carried out comprehensively. The students were given an understanding of things about kiai breaking and about communication patterns that can be used when a kiai meets the community. From this mentoring activity, it can be ascertained that the students at the Ibnu Fathullah Islamic Boarding School have the potential to become good langgar kiai in Lumajang. Assistance for Islamic students, in any aspect related to their preparation to become channels for Islamic da'wah, is a fundamental agenda.

Community empowerment efforts focus on creating a climate of potential development, strengthening potential and power, as well as economic empowerment with the aim of increasing human dignity. Empowerment outcomes involve meeting needs, increasing income, and participating in development. Human resource theory highlights the role of HR as the main resource in achieving organizational goals, with three critical resources: financial, human, and informational resources. Meanwhile, human resources (HR) planning is the process of procuring the right human resources at the right time to ensure personnel meet needs. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) has an important role as a special educational institution, focusing on teaching reading and writing the Al-Qur'an, and aims to make students able to read and understand the Al-Qur'an as a guide to life, especially for elementary school age children. (7 to 12 years).

This community service journal discusses mentoring activities from students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at the Syarifuddin Lumajang Islamic Institute at MTs. Nurul Amin. I am a member of the OSIM social media platform working in social media. This method also includes Participatory Action Research (PAR) and OSIM does not support Problems that can be used to use this method. This is done so that students are able to manage social media productively by understanding the potential of school activities as an effective promotional medium. To help the success of mentoring and training in creating social media content, it is hoped that students will be able to understand the content problems they face when they run out of content ideas. Evaluations are carried out every week for continued assistance to students through discussions and practice creating content. How many people have the right to share information with the help of MTs? Nurul Amin will be able to utilize digital technology to monitor public relations.

This is necessary because students will deal with various forms of problems experienced by students who come from diverse backgrounds and personalities. This mentoring uses the learning service method by interacting directly with students. The hope is that these mentoring activities can be carried out comprehensively. In the context of community service, learning service functions as a bridge between educational institutions and local communities. Students are given an understanding of matters related to the process of providing counseling as a treatment step and as a form of prevention. As well as providing students with an understanding that PPL students can also help students overcome the problems they are facing, just like guidance and counseling teachers at school.
