This activity aims to introduce the importance of journalism and improve OSIS social media management through training and mentoring. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which actively involves OSIS members in the learning and practice process. The results of the activity showed increased awareness and journalistic skills among students, development of writing potential, and increased involvement in school social media management. The positive response from teachers also supports the success of this program. Some of the positive impacts felt include better writing skills, more productive social media management, and more effective school promotions. This activity not only improves students' technical skills but also motivates them to contribute to improving the school. Regular evaluation is recommended to ensure program sustainability and further development. The topics presented to the students were about a number of communication strategies. This is necessary because they are prospective kiai langgar or religious leaders in society. In principle, they are a place to ask questions about Islamic religious matters for the local community. This mentoring uses the service learning method by interacting directly with the students. The hope is that insight transfer activities can be carried out comprehensively. The students were given an understanding of things about kiai breaking and about communication patterns that can be used when a kiai meets the community. From this mentoring activity, it can be ascertained that the students at the Ibnu Fathullah Islamic Boarding School have the potential to become good langgar kiai in Lumajang. Human resource theory highlights the role of HR as the main resource in achieving organizational goals, with three critical resources: financial, human, and informational resources. Meanwhile, human resources (HR) planning is the process of procuring the right human resources at the right time to ensure personnel meet needs. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) has an important role as a special educational institution, focusing on teaching reading and writing the Al-Qur'an, and aims to make students able to read and understand the Al-Qur'an as a guide to life, especially for elementary school age children. Nurul Amin. I am a member of the OSIM social media platform working in social media. This method also includes Participatory Action Research (PAR) and OSIM does not support Problems that can be used to use this method. This is done so that students are able to manage social media productively by understanding the potential of school activities as an effective promotional medium. To help the success of mentoring and training in creating social media content, it is hoped that students will be able to understand the content problems they face when they run out of content ideas. This is necessary because students will deal with various forms of problems experienced by students who come from diverse backgrounds and personalities. This mentoring uses the learning service method by interacting directly with students. The hope is that these mentoring activities can be carried out comprehensively. In the context of community service, learning service functions as a bridge between educational institutions and local communities. Students are given an understanding of matters related to the process of providing counseling as a treatment step and as a form of prevention.
