Abstract

Economic development is economic growth followed by changes in the structure and patterns of economic activity. Co-operatives Reduce poverty and the role of women in their participation in the world of work. This cooperation is dedicated to women, so managers and members shouldn't be men. The cooperation provides entrepreneurial fund assistance for people who want to have enterprises and improve the well-being of the community's life in the village of Selokbesuki. The objective of this research is: 1) To know the strategy to increase the economic diversification of the people of Islam in Anggrek KOPWAN in Selokbesuki Village. 2. To know supporting factors and inhibitory factors of women building and improving the economy of Anggreek KOPBAN in Selocbesuki village. This research uses qualitative-descriptive methods with case studies. The findings of this study are: 1. Strategies to improve the construction of the people's Islamic economy, i.e., That is, people want to have an enterprise. Ability to provide their means, whether in the form of goods and economic services, or not. That is, KOPWAN played the role of providing aid funds to be borrowed by the people to make capital for an undertaking to be developed. 2. Supporting and hindering factors for women to build economies in the company are: a. Supporting factors for women to work: 1) motivation, 2) availability of capital, 3) presence of family/husband support, 4) business ability. b. Restricting factors are: 1) insufficient capital; 2) raw materials that are sold are limited so that they require capital; and 3) busy or numerous household jobs that are not carried out.
